The following conditions can be returned or exchanged
We always check the quality of our strap before we send it to you. However, if the condition mentions below happened, we accept return or exchange.
- You received the wrong strap’s size
- Physical defect
Please make sure to mention all requirement you need when making a custom strap. This requirement will be our agreement for making the strap. We cannot provide any exchange request for strap design that doesn’t mention in the first requirement.
Condition of Return
Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs. If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value.
